We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile in everything they do. They were helpful in pointing out places to eat and provided excellent recommendations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully finished and furnished. The hotel facilities were excellent, with fast wi-fi and a lovely breakfast with fresh food and a great view of the courtyard. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring everything this city has to offer.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at this hotel were extremely polite and helpful, offering us top notch service and arranging an enjoyable dinner reservation. the room was appointed with luxurious amenities, including exclusive toiletries and a comfortable bed.
There was a minor issue with occasional odors, likely caused by some old pipes, but the hotel staff were quick to locate the source of the issue and resolve it. While the hotel lacked a bar or lounge area, the beautiful sun terrace and garden area more than made up for it, providing a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a drink or a meal.

They helped arrange transportation and provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a lovely view. The bed was comfortable, and the complementary coffee and water were a nice touch. The location of the hotel was also ideal for exploring Bordeaux, with many attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Bordeaux.
